The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for Burnt Mountain Estates is very specific regarding the placement and style and design of signs erected in Burnt Mountain Estates.
To facilitate your obtaining approval for a sign on your property, the Board of Directors in conjunction with the Architectural Control Committee, has pre-approved various types and styles of signs. These signs can be ordered directly from Cohutta Rustic Signs in Ellijay Georgia.
These signs, including materials and specifications can be seen by selecting from the following menu.

Be assured that this concept is done as a convenience for our members but does not mean of imply that Cohutta Rustic is the only source for signs. These pre-approved specifications for your convenience. You may select the sign source of your choice.
However, if you create your own design, it must be in accordance with provisions of the Declaration. Your design MUST BE APPROVED by the Architectural Control Committee. This pertains to all signs, house numbers, etc.
